Requirements

• Male, max age: 28 yrs old
• Previous Helpdesk experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and office application and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows network environment.
• Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
• Good understanding and skill of network concept, set up and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
